Who we are

HCC — Hickey Construction & Civils — draws on over 20 years of project management and civil engineering experience.

We work in two ways. On commercial projects we act as a specialist subcontractor to main contractors, delivering groundworks, reinforced concrete, infrastructure and civil engineering packages. On residential projects we work directly with homeowners as a single, accountable contractor — from groundworks and foundations through to full internal fit-out, working closely on design where required.

Whatever the scale, the approach is the same: high standards of workmanship, strong project management and communication, and a flexible, solutions-focused attitude on site.
