Reinforced Concrete Basement & Pool Construction
Crystal Palace FC
Demolition and strip-out of the existing building, followed by excavation and construction of a reinforced concrete basement, including a one-sided wall constructed against piles. The works also included a 16m × 6m reinforced concrete swimming pool and plunge pool areas, with concrete finishes delivered to a tolerance of ±2mm.

Part of a major development planned for approximately 1,900 new homes. HCC delivered key civil engineering and infrastructure works, including a reinforced concrete substation, Section 278 highway works, road construction, foul and surface water sewers, and pump stations.
