Works undertaken by HCC
Demolition and strip-out of the existing building, followed by excavation and construction of a reinforced concrete basement, including a one-sided wall constructed against piles. The works also included a 16m × 6m reinforced concrete swimming pool and plunge pool areas, with concrete finishes delivered to a tolerance of ±2mm.
