Construction works for two new-build family homes comprising four- and five-bedroom properties. The works began with demolition of the existing homes, site levelling and preparation, followed by foundations and block-and-beam flooring.

HCC’s package also included blockwork and brickwork, installation of the structural steelwork, completion of the roof structure, and the external landscaping and driveways, incorporating sustainable drainage (SuDS).
